Dual Tank — City Water is our largest whole-home system, built for homes that want hardness and chlorine handled by two purpose-built tanks instead of one. A dedicated softening tank takes care of calcium and magnesium, while a separate self-cleaning carbon tank focuses on the chlorine that city water carries.

Splitting the work across two tanks means each one does a single job exceptionally well, and the carbon tank backflushes itself to keep performance steady over time. With 96,000 grains of total capacity, it's sized for large homes, high usage, and heavily chlorinated municipal water.
